Mino respects the intellectual property of others and asks that users of our site do the same. 6. Mino Cash Back Terms
The Cash Back feature is provided by Mino (Loveminty.co.uk and Mino Extension). When you shop from our affiliate online stores, these stores will pay us a commission fee for referring eligible orders. We share the commission fee with you, and this is called ‘Cash Back.’
The Cash Back feature is not relevant to Mino automatic voucher codes application feature.
If you activate Cash Back and complete your orders, you’ll get the opportunity to receive a certain amount of Cash Back, no matter if you have applied a voucher code with Mino or not.
The Cash Back feature WILL NOT affect your order amount. You will still pay exactly the same with or without activating Cash Back.
If the Cash Back rate of a store is “Up to 10%”, this means that you may gain 0% - 10% Cash Back for your orders. The final rate is applied to the subtotal of your eligible items (excluding tax, shipping, and additional fees). Exclusions will vary, according to the item and category of your purchase, as well as the terms of the store. For example, in some stores, if your purchase was made with gift cards or certain voucher codes, you may not gain any Cash Back. We are unable to display the exact rate since it is determined by the store.
The Cash Back rate is subject to change. We have displayed the Cash Back rate for you based on a historical average for the past 30 days.
Cash Back will remain Pending for up to 3 months. This process is determined by the store. Once they confirm the eligible items in your orders, your Cash Back will be ready to withdraw.
Please note that we cannot process any cashback missing inquiries for transactions longer than 90 days due to merchant verification procedures.
You agree that Mino has the right to make adjustments (not limited to Cash Back orders cancellation, modification, and revocation) for any Cash Back orders that Mino deems as fraudulent or inconsistent with the Cash Back Terms in its sole discretion.
